Our goal is too provide you with quality apparel and promotional items without the hassle of placing large volume orders.

To that extend the following terms and conditions apply to this site and all orders.

  1. All deadlines are final, no exceptions.
  2. All orders are final, we process only paid orders and they are custom orders, therefore no returns or exchanges will be allowed except for errors or defective items.
  3. Production begins on the next full business day after deadline ends and will take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on items ordered.
  4. All stores that have embroidered items, must either guarantee a 12 piece minimum of the embroidered items, or those items and orders may be canceled and refunded.
  5. Setup charges may apply, please see your salesperson for details.
  6. All designs, screens, setups are the sole property of CNY Awards & Apparel,  Inc.
  7. We do not store any financial data as this is handled securely by Paypal.
